The growth tax, gone
Most feedback tools bill by how many users engage. The more your product works, the more you pay. We think that's backwards.
The usual way
Pay more as more people care
- Free plan caps at 25 tracked users
- Per-tracked-user billing on every voter
- $79 climbing past $660 a month as you grow
- Voters must make an account before they post
The Feedlark way
Grow all you want, free
- Unlimited end users, forever
- Unlimited posts, votes, comments and boards
- Optional Pro at $19 per admin seat, never per voter
- One-click voting, no account required
The closed loop
Ship it once. Three things update on their own.
When a request is done, you press one button. The roadmap moves it to Shipped, the changelog writes the entry, and every person who voted hears about it. Try it.

Feedback boards
Every idea, ranked by the people who want it
Public boards where customers post ideas, upvote with one click and discuss. No login wall, so you hear from everyone, not just the few who sign up.
- One-click voting, no account needed
- Comments and a team reply on every post
- Sorted by votes so priorities are obvious

- Each card links back to the original request

Questions, answered
- Is Feedlark really free?
- Yes. The free plan includes unlimited end-users (voters), unlimited posts, votes, comments and boards, plus the public roadmap, changelog and embeddable widget. We never charge per voter. The optional Pro plan ($19 per admin seat / month) adds custom domains, removing branding, private boards and AI duplicate-clustering.
- How is Feedlark different from Canny?
- Canny's free plan caps at 25 tracked users and bills per tracked user, so engagement increases your bill (the so-called 'growth tax'). Feedlark gives you unlimited end-users for free and only ever charges per admin seat. The core feedback board, roadmap and changelog are free no matter how popular you get.
- Do my users need to create an account to vote?
- No. Voting is one click, with no login required, which removes the friction that suppresses feedback on login-walled tools. Users can optionally add their email to be notified when their request ships.
- What is the 'You asked → We shipped' loop?
- When you mark a roadmap item as Shipped, Feedlark automatically creates the changelog entry and notifies everyone who voted for it, stamping their original request with a 'Shipped' badge that links to the release. It closes the feedback loop automatically.
- Can I embed Feedlark in my app or website?
- Yes. Drop in a single <script> tag to add a feedback button and a 'what's new' changelog popup anywhere. The public board, roadmap and changelog also work as standalone hosted pages.
- Is my public board good for SEO?
- Yes. Public boards, roadmaps and changelogs are server-rendered, fast and indexable, and ship with structured data and an llms.txt so search engines and AI assistants can find and cite what you're building.
